Of course we want you to be chuffed with your product, but in the unlikely event that you are not we will do what we can to ensure you are.
Returns.
All products are made to order, which means we cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
We recommend checking the size guide before an order to ensure the best fit.
Damaged of Faulty Items.
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or misprinted please contact us at fadandfolk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Email us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Product faults reported after 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.
Refunds.
Once we receive your and inspect your return, we will email to confirm.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
