Order Processing

All items are made to order.

Once an order is placed, please allow 5 working days for your item to be dispatched.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. 

Orders are not shipped on weekends or UK public holidays. 

UK Shipping

Standard shipping Royal Mail Tracked 24 is 1-3 days.

Standard shipping Royal Mail Tracked 48 is 2-5 days. 

Free UK Shipping on orders over £75.00

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays. 

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries. 

Rates and delivery times vary depending on location.

Fad & Folk is not responsible for any custom fees or import taxes.

Lost or Delayed Orders 

Once your order is dispatched we are not responsible for delays due to courier or customs.

We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & RoW. 

We recommend choosing tracked shipping where available. 

If an order does not arrive, we recommend the customer check at their local Post Office and confirm their address. If your order still hasn't arrived please email us at fadandfolk@gmail.com and we will investigate with the courier. 

Please also note that we must be notified within 60 calendar days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
